PCB Design (Eagle)
Designed in the Unstable Design Lab for Laura Devendorf (http://unstable.design/force-fabric/)

This PCB controls a touch sensitive fabric that changes colors when touched.
These pictures are of the above PCB in action. It controls 3 different spots on the fabric. Each of these spots acts as the video below demonstrates.
Demo of the fabric changing color from touch. It starts purple, changes to pink after the first touch, changes to white after the second touch, then changes back to purple after the third touch.

This image (created by Laura Devendorf) demonstrates the woven design of the touch sensitive fabric.

This PCB was an designed for experimenting with different ways to connect the fabric to the board.
These pictures are of the above PCB in real life. In these pictures you can see the novel magnetic connectors that I designed. Most normal methods for connecting to wire will wear-down the thread very quickly These magnetic connectors allow for the tread to be continuously connected and disconnected to the board without being worn down. They are also more low-profile than most other connection solutions.
